Listed below are our club organised events. We are always looking for suggestions so please feel free to email us your ideas, event better come along and help organise an event.
25 Jan 10Anniversary Day Picnic. Kaitoke Regional Park. Wellington Anniversary Day Monday 25 January-2010. Meeting around midday. Bring your picnic lunch or something for the BBQ. Cooking facilities available.
20 Feb 10 - 21 Feb 10Foxton Follies. Drive to Foxton-staying overnight option for Campers/Tent People, or there are chalets available (prior booking for chalets advisable). Meeting at Plimmerton weighstation midday, departing 12.30pm. Further details will be sent to members nearer the event.
21 Mar 10Cafe Club-March. 11 a.m. Sunday March 21, 2010. Brunch Whiteman's Valley Wander-Short Straw cafe. Last chance to meet as a group for those making the journey to Nelson.

05 Apr 10 - 17 Apr 10 Type 2 Tour. Commemorating the 60 yr of the Type 2 we are organising a tour of the South Island following the 2010 Nationals. If you are interested let us know via email
06 Jun 10 Queen's Birthday Sunday. Manawatu and Central VW Club Queen's Birthday meeting at Wanganui. Overnighter an option depending on interest. Car gymkhana or nav rally is usually organised with food and refreshment afterwards. Details will be provided in due course.
